HOW TO RESERVE /

To reserve space for your club please call the John Pojonus at 913-461-8494. Please designate one contact per club to coordinate with the Kansas City Hell On Wheels Military Vehicle Preservation Association Affiliate. ​

PRICING / $20 per Registered Vehicle

Clubs will be grouped together if you convoy in together

REGISTRATION PACKET:  We will close club and group registration the day prior to the event. 

Day of the event registration is possible but expect registering delays if there is a line.

DAY-OF EVENT DETAILS /

Clubs/groups will be responsible for their own arrival time. Clubs/groups must arrive at the event between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

 

Staging Area or Meeting Area:  Clubs coordinate on their own.

 

Clubs/groups must arrive together when moving onto the event field.  You must arrive together onto the event field if you wish to park together. 

 

We will do our best to accommodate your club in the best possible location. All spaces are first come, first serve.
